DUTIES : Provision of cleaning services. Clean offices daily by: dusting and waxing office
\nfurniture, sweeping tiled floors, vacuuming and shampooing carpeted floor,
\nscrubbing floors, cleaning walls and glass doors, emptying and cleaning of dirty
\nbins, removing of waste papers, freshen the office areas; collect waste papers;
\nclean office windows; Kitchen: clean basins, wash and keep stock of kitchen\u00a0utensils, filling of aqua cooler; Toilets: clean toilets daily, refill hand wash liquid,
\nre-place toilet papers and hand towels, empty and wash waste bins; Corridors,
\npasses and elevator: sweeping of floors every morning, scrubbing and waxing of
\nfloors and stairs, remove stains; open and close corridor windows at least once a
\nmonth, clean elevator floor, clean mirror and elevator walls.

\nLogistical Support Services
\nSALARY : R73 044 per annum
\nCENTRE : Head Office: Polokwane Sekhukhune District: Lebowakgomo
\nREQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 certificate. Understanding of basic hygiene practices, chemical
\nhandling skills, operating of cleaning machinery. Knowledge of cleaning products
\nand applications. Ability to use a variety of cleaning equipment and products.
\nAbility to follow instructions, basic literacy and basic communication.
\nDUTIES : Will be responsible for amongst others the following specific tasks: proper
\ncleaning of toilets, equipment, offices, state property and assets. Ensure
\neffective use of cleaning materials and equipment. Clean the Reception area
\nand offices on a daily basis. Empty office dustbins daily and dispose of all
\nrefuse appropriately in the refuse bins for collection. Check bathrooms twice a
\nday and clean accordingly. Dust office furniture timeously. Vacuum all carpets
\nat least twice per week. Clean windows on the inside at least quarterly on a
\nrotational basis. Store all cleaning equipment and products neatly in the
\ndesignated cupboards. Provide assistance in the preparation of meetings in the
\nboardroom.
