\nSALARY : R532, 278 per annum (An all-inclusive remuneration package)

REQUIREMENTS : NQF level 6 qualification in the field of Human Resource Development \/
\nManagement (HRD or HRM) or Public Administration or equivalent. Three (3) to
\nfive (5) years appropriate management experience in Bursaries, Internships and
\nLearnership programmes. A certificate of competence in Project Management
\nwill be an added advantage. Knowledge of Skills Development related acts,
\nPublic Service Act, 1994 (Act 103 of 1994) and its regulations, PFMA and
\nTreasury Regulations. Knowledge of financial management .Knowledge of
\nmentoring and coaching for Public Sector Managers. Good communication
\n(verbal and written) skills and computer literacy are essential. Valid driver\u2019s\u00a0licence.<\/p>\n
DUTIES : Manage the administration of the Bursaries, Internship and Learnership Unit.
\nManage the administration of the departmental Bursary Scheme. Manage the
\nimplementation of skills programmes and initiatives (bursaries, internship,
\nlearnerships, experiential learning). Facilitate the process of developing and
\nreviewing HRD policies and procedures. Writing quarterly and annual reports to
\nPSETA and Office of the Premier. Liaise with external stakeholders on
\nplacement of interns and learners. Management of human, financial and\u00a0physical resources.<\/p>\n
