POSITION PURPOSE<\/span><\/p>\n The Skills Development Interns will work closely with the Group Skills Development Facilitator and Divisional Learning Department to provide full administration support in the area of skills development.<\/p>\n WORK OUTPUT<\/span><\/p>\n Administer and capture all training related activities for the divisions using the PeopleSoft LMS;<\/p>\n Collate information for the Workplace Skills Plan;<\/p>\n Compile information for the Annual Training Report;<\/p>\n Track and monitor divisional training activities;<\/p>\n Ensure proper filing and record keeping of training data;<\/p>\n Submitting Skills Development reports electronically;<\/p>\n Compile training data for BBBEE verification;<\/p>\n Co-ordinate divisional learnership, internship and bursary reporting.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n THE APPLICANT SHOULD MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:<\/span><\/p>\n COMPETENCIES REQUIRED<\/span><\/p>\n Client Centricity;<\/p>\n Collaboration;<\/p>\n Business Acumen;<\/p>\n Self-Awareness and insight;<\/p>\n Drive for results;<\/p>\n Impact and Influence;<\/p>\n Attention to detail.<\/p>\n CLOSING DATE:3 April 2015<\/p>\n\n
