REQUIREMENTS : Grade10\/ 12 plus 4 years appointment in public service in the food service.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Supervision of food service personnel and activities in the unit. Responsible for
\nordering, receiving, storage and control of stock and assist with the application of
\ncost control measures. Read menus and recipes. Supervise the production of\u00a0meals partitioning and distribution. Ensuring cleanness, safety and safekeeping.
\nReporting faulty equipment immediately. Rotation of day and night shift as a
\nsupervisor. Responsible for the appraisal and implementation of monitored
\nPMDS. Accept additional functions from the supervisor or delegated official.
