REQUIREMENTS : Candidates should hold at least a three year National Diploma in Human
\nResources Management or equivalent qualification at NQF level 6 coupled with 3
\nto 5 years\u2019 experience in Human Resources Management; Knowledge of Public
\nService Policy and Regulatory Framework and other relevant regulations;
\nKnowledge of Public Service Human Resources Management Strategies,
\nPolicies, Procedures and Systems, In-depth knowledge and experience of the
\nPERSAL system. Knowledge of the various legislative and regulatory
\nframeworks governing human resource practices in general.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Development and maintenance of human resources management, administration
\nand planning strategies, policies, plans and processes. Ensure compliance to
\norganisational strategies, policies and processes. Administer employee health
\nand wellness, occupational health, safety and environmental management
\nstrategies and programmes. Administer recruitment, selection and appointments,
\nconditions of service, remuneration and employee benefits as well as leave
\nmatters. Administer performance management and development system,
\nprocesses, and personnel information systems. Administer organisational design
\nservices and job evaluation processes. Administer employee training,
\ndevelopment and internship programme.
