REQUIREMENTS : A 3 year qualification in Administration and\/or a National Diploma in Services
\nManagement ( NQF level 5) plus the module in Case Flow Management or
\nequivalent qualification; 3-years\u2019 managerial or supervisory experience; A valid
\ncode EB driver\u2019s licence; The following will serve as strong recommendations:
\nKnowledge of and experience in office and district administration; Knowledge of
\nfinancial management and the PFMA; Skills and Competencies: Strong
\nleadership and management capabilities; Strategic capabilities; Good
\ncommunication (written and verbal); Computer Literacy:<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Key Performance Areas: Co-ordinate and manage the financial and human
\nresources of the office; Co-ordinate, manage risk and security in the court;
\nManage strategic, business planning processes, facility, physical resources,
\ninformation and communication related to courts; compile and analyse court
\nstatistics to show performance trends; Support Case Flow Management at the
\ncourt; Develop and implement customer service improvement strategies;
\nManage the projects intended to improve court management; Manage service
\nlevel agreements and relations with the internal and external stakeholders.
