However while most of the responsibilities will be completed via phone and email, there will opportunities to attend meetings, events and other external activities from time to time.<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This person will be responsible for providing sales and administrative support to the sales, CX and partner teams. Telephonic small business sales, upgrades and all general small business customer support. The candidate will be a point of contact for inbound queries and assist with the management of our CRM systems and internal SharePoint system as well as the partner portal. Other roles will include data assessment and validation as well as report keeping and collaboration.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Education Graduate<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor of Education (teaching degree) or \/and Bachelor of Arts Degree, specializing in Communication<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Brief Role Description:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mimecast prides itself on the highest levels of customer service both externally and to our internal community.
