\nSALARY : R227 802 \u2013 R268 338 per annum. The successful candidate will be required to
\nsign a performance agreement.
\nCENTRE : Magistrate\u2019s Offices, Paul Roux, Jagersfontein and Koppies<\/p>\n

REQUIREMENTS : Applicable B Degree\/ National Diploma in Administration; A three (3) years
\nadministrative experience of which court experience will serve as an advantage.
\nProven supervisory experience; Knowledge of the Public Financial Management
\nAct (PFMA) and Human Resource Management Understanding of the
\nDepartment\u2019s Accounting System (BAS, JDAS, and JYP); Departmental Financial
\nInstructions (DFI) Departmental policies and procedures; Knowledge of Assets
\nand Facility Management and Security Risk Management; A valid driver\u2019s license.<\/p>\n

Skills and Competencies: Computer literacy (MS Office). Excellent
\nCommunication (Written and verbal) skills; Customer Orientated. Good
\nInterpersonal Skills, Planning and organizing skills; Problem Solving Skills and
\nLeadership skills.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Key Performance Areas: Co-ordinate and manage the financial and human
\nresources of the office, as well as all functions relating to the Clerk of the Court
\n(criminal, civil, family), Co-ordinate and manage risk and security in the court
\n.manage strategic and business planning processes. Facilities, physical
\nresources, information and communication related to the court. Implement the
\ndepartmental trends. Support case flow management at the court and provide
\nsupport to the judiciary and internal stakeholders. Compile performance and
\nstatutory reports for the relevant stakeholders. Lead and manage the
\ntransformation of the office. Manage communication and relations with the
\ninternal and external stake-holders Manage service level agreement and
\nperformance agreement.
