REQUIREMENTS : A three year tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management\/ Social
\nScience or related field with relevant experience in recruitment and selection
\nprocesses. Understanding of enabling legislations (BCEA, Employment Equity
\nAct, LRA, SDA, PSA, etc). Knowledge of PERSAL. Candidate must have
\nOrganisational skills, Change\/diversity Management, Problem solving skills,
\nPresentation and report writing skills. Personal Attributes: Ability to communicate
\nat all levels, People oriented, Hard Working, Ability to work under pressure and
\nwork independently.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : The management of the implementation and maintenance of recruitment policies.
\nThe facilitate, co-ordinate and implement advertising processes. Ensure
\ncompliance to recruitment policies. Co-ordinate and implement recruitment and
\nselection processes. Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment
\nplans. Supervision of staff. Manage applications and conduct response handling.
\nManage recruitment records\/interviews. Ensure compliance to EE targets.
\nCompile management reports on Recruitment and Selection. Assist in the
\nmanagement of audit findings. Advice Line Managers on recruitment best
\npractices. Execute any other given duties by the supervisor.
