\nEDUCATION:\tRelevant Tertiary Qualification
\nEXPERIENCE: At least 3 years of project management and administration; preferably in IT or web design environment.<\/p>\n
\nCompile a comprehensive project plan for each online project.
\nIdentify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities.
\nManage day-to-day operational aspects of the projects and scope and apply changes where necessary.
\nEnforce project standards.
\nManage risk on different projects.
\nEnsure project administration is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
\nAd serving: Managing and reporting.
\nManage online inventory for all online platforms.
\nCoordinate all National and Local online campaigns.
\nReport Google Analytics on all online platforms.
\nWOMF Moderation: Postings, as well as managing the team of moderators.
\nResponsible for all administration related to WOMF which includes:
\nadding content
\ncreating profiles for clients
\nbooking of online campaigns
\nmanaging inventory and graphic content
\nand ensure it is always online and working
\nResponsible for all business unit\u2019s administrative work related to clients, which includes:
\nbooking of online campaigns
\nbilling
\nmonitoring campaigns
\nproposals
\nkeeping files up to date
\npost campaign feedback<\/p>\n

\nOpen X ad serving software
\nDifferent online advertising models
\nBooking and planning of an online campaign
\nReporting of an online campaign
\nPost campaign feedback
\nBasic knowledge of web banners.
\nKnowledge of computers, internet, databases, spreadsheets and online banners.
\nKnowledge of MS-project.
\nKnowledge of Windows Internet technologies
