REQUIREMENTS : Degree \/ National Diploma in health or Social Science, Project Management
\nexperience is essential. Three (3) year experience in working with Non-
\nGovernmental Organizations (NGOs), Non Profit Organisations (NPOs),
\nExtensive knowledge in Community Health Worker Programme (CHW) and
\nExpanded Public Works Programme (EPWP), Computer literacy, Communication
\nand report writing skills. Ability to work under pressure Knowledge of PFMA, Valid
\ndriver\u2019s license.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
DUTIES : Support the implementation of CHWP, EPWP and Ward Based Outbreak Teams
\nin the District. Maintain CHWs database and supporting training of CHWs. Liaise
\nwith relevant Government Sector communities, stakeholders and ward based
\nstructure in the Districts. Conduct meetings, Manage and supervise data
\ncollection. Analyze raw data. Monitor and evaluate the programme as well as
\nidentification of challenges in the programme. Submit monthly quarterly and
\nannual reports.<\/p>\n
