Position outputs :<\/span><\/p>\n Learn and understand Transnet National Ports Authority processes including performing the following under supervision:<\/p>\n Identify and propose flagship projects to Corporate Affairs Manager and CSI committee for consideration.<\/p>\n Handle all queries regarding CSI programmes, policies and procedures.<\/p>\n Develop and manage annual Corporate Social Investment (CSI) plan and implement accordingly.<\/p>\n Create platforms to form strategic alliances with existing and potential partners.<\/p>\n Draw contracts\/grant agreements with selected flagship projects and corporate sponsorships.<\/p>\n PLEASE NOTE: Transnet, its employees or representatives never ask for a fee from job seekers. Please report any suspicious activities in this regard to the Transnet anti-fraud line on 0800 003 056.<\/i><\/p>\n Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and funded projects and report to Corporate Affairs Manager\/CSI Committee. Manage the implementation of the projects.<\/p>\n Plan, organise and execute Port visits and tours for schools. Select, identify and evaluate CSI proposals.<\/p>\n Monitor and control spending of CSI project expenditure.<\/p>\n Draw Corporate Affairs Year Planner. Ensure adequate publicity and promotion of TNPA\u2019s image through sporting\/social activities.<\/p>\n Plan and organise sport activities. Ensure building of a positive corporate image and reputation of the organisation.<\/p>\n Maintain a meaningful and mutually beneficial relationship between TNPA and its internal stakeholders.<\/p>\n Internal communication (employee events and publications).<\/p>\n Develop and distribute Newsflashes.<\/p>\n Planning, coordinating and management of internal events. Setting up exhibitions stands at career exhibitions.<\/p>\n Take photos on internal events.<\/p>\n Writing of company newsletters according to publication schedule. Source information for a publication.<\/p>\n Strictly adhere to deadlines of publications.<\/p>\n Writing of internal newsflashes. Develop a Corporate Affairs Monthly report.<\/p>\n Analyse monthly media coverage.<\/p>\n Forward media clippings to Corporate Affairs Manager.
