Key accountabilities <\/strong><\/p>\n1.Establish relationships with business managers to facilitate more effective collection of monies due to BP and reconciliation of accounts.<\/p>\n
2.Coordinate with the business, depot and the BSC to ensure all back office activities relating to customers ( invoicing , allocations etc) are done correctly and on time.<\/p>\n
3.Develop relationship with customers and be able to assist with collection of over dues.<\/p>\n
4.Develop relationships with debt collectors and legal advisors to facilitate collection of problem debts.<\/p>\n
5.Liaising with depot staff to facilitate compliance with credit control policy.<\/p>\n
6.Ensuring that all data relating to FVC debt is reported reported through the LFAC
\n.
\n7.Assist with Ad-hoc request from business and from the Lead Finance Assistant Credit.<\/p>\n
8.Work to SOX compliance , and ensure that the Global Credit policy is applied at all times<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Key Challenges :<\/strong><\/p>\n1.Following up on delinquent accounts where there is a cashflow impact.<\/p>\n
2.Effective communication with staff externally and internally, resolving complex issues, ensuring accuracy and timely collections.<\/p>\n

Essential experience and job requirements \u2022At least 3 – 5 years relevant experience in a financial environment. Reconciliation & excel knowledge<\/p>\n
