Formal training through practical experience and structured program will be provided.<\/p>\n<p>Applications are invited from IDC employees and bursary students who wish to enroll for the CA Learnership programme at the IDC for 2016.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">JOB PURPOSE<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">The ideal candidate will have the following competencies:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Ability to work independently and to perform under pressure<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to uphold the corporate culture and effectively adhere to all operational processes<br \/>\n\u2022 Strong negotiation skills<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Strong written and verbal communication skills<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Job Requirements<\/span><\/p>\n<p>To qualify for the learnership you will have to comply with ONE of the following qualification criteria<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Certificate in Theory of Accounts,<br \/>\n\u2022 Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Honours Degree in Accounting.<\/p>\n<p>Closing Date: 8\/5\/2015<\/p>\n<p>Location Sandown Office<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.idc.co.za\/idc-careers.html\" target=\"_new\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Click Here to Apply<\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The purpose of the Learnership is to present potential Chartered Accountants with an opportunity to serve articles within the Corporation.
