\nThree to five years experience in a claim processing environment of
\ncompensation or medical claims is highly desirable plus supervisory experience.
\nKnowledge: DoL and Compensation Fund objectives and business functions,
\nDirectorate or sub-directorate goals and performance requirements ,
\nCompensation Fund Services ,Relevant Fund policies, procedures and processes
\n,Human anatomy\/Biology and medical terminology, Stakeholders and customers ,
\nCustomer Service (Batho Pele Principles) Fund Values , Required IT knowledge,
\nIT Operating Systems , Risk Awareness ,COID Act, Regulations and Policies ,
\nCOIDA tariffs. Skills: Required Technical Proficiency, Numeracy, Business\u00a0Writing, Required IT, Fund IT Operating Systems Data Capturing, Data and
\nrecords Management, Telephone Skills and Etiquette<\/p>\n

\nqualification, it must be accompanied by an evaluation certificate from the South
