REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 or equivalent qualification. Minimum two years secretarial experience
\nand or related administrative experience. General computer literacy. Language
\nskills and ability to communicate well with people at different levels and from
\ndifferent background. Good telephone etiquette and above average planning and
\norganizing skills. Good people skills. High level of reliability. Written
\ncommunication skills. Ability to act with tact and discretion. Ability to identify and
\nhandle confidential matters. Good grooming and presentation. Knowledge of the
\nrelevant legislations, policies, prescripts and procedures applicable in the public
\nsector.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
DUTIES : Provide secretarial and administration support service to the CPP. Receiving and
\nscreening telephone calls and refers the calls to the correct role players if not
\nmeant for the CPP. Type documents for the CPP. Operates office equipment like
\nfax machines and photocopiers. Provides a clerical support service to the CPP.
\nMake travel arrangements; make logistical arrangements for meeting and events,
\nprocess travel and subsistence claims for the CPP, taking minutes during
\nmeetings, draft routine correspondence, develop and maintain an accessible and
\nuser-friendly filing system. Handle procurement of standard items such as
\nstationery. Liaise with other offices of the NPA and corporate services with regard
\nto all matters pertaining to the administrative functions of the office.<\/p>\n
