REQUIREMENTS : An appropriate B Degree, National Diploma or equivalent qualification on NQF
\nlevel 6. Minimum two years relevant experience in Human Resource
\nAdministration. Working knowledge of PERSAL. Knowledge of legislation and
\nregulations pertaining to public service administration, specifically: The Public
\nService Act and Regulations, NPA Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act,
\nLabour Relations Act, Employment Equity Act, Skills Development Act.
\nKnowledge of HR information management. Computer literacy in MS Office suite,
\nspecifically MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. Excellent administrative skills.
\nGood written and verbal communication skills. Good planning and organizing
\nskills. Problem solving skills. Sound co-ordination, administrative skills and
\ncounseling experience.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Implement and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Administer
\nrecruitment, selection and appointment. Administer probation administration.
\nLiaise with customers\/stakeholders. Provide HR administration services. Compile
\nand submit monthly HR statistics. Accommodation and travel claims. Prepare
\nmemorandums for remuneration and service benefits. Processing of state
\nguarantees. Processing of housing allowances. Processing of long service
\nrecognition. Processing of leave, service bonus, performance rewards, pay
\nprogression, general salary adjustments, acting allowance, resettlement and
\novertime. Process retirement, resignation, dismissal & death. Process staff
\nmovement<\/p>\n
