REQUIREMENTS : A grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification. Knowledge of registry
\nresponsibilities, practices as well as the ability to capture data, and operate
\ncomputer, working knowledge and understanding of the legislative framework
\ngoverning the Public Service, Knowledge of storage and retrieval procedures in
\nterms of working environment. Understanding of the work in registry. Ability to
\nwork in a team. Good communication skills, good interpersonal relation skills.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Provide registry services, Provide registry counter services, Handle incoming and
\noutgoing correspondence, Render an effective filing and record management
\nservices, Operate office machines in relation to the registry function, Process
\ndocuments for archiving and\/ disposal.<\/p>\n
