{"id":22485,"date":"2015-05-05T12:06:08","date_gmt":"2015-05-05T10:06:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=22485"},"modified":"2016-07-07T00:20:34","modified_gmt":"2016-07-06T22:20:34","slug":"adt-contact-monitoring-centre-learnership-programme-2015-2016","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/adt-contact-monitoring-centre-learnership-programme-2015-2016.html","title":{"rendered":"ADT: Contact &#038; Monitoring Centre Learnership Programme 2015 \/ 2016"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>To provide superior service to internal and external customers via all contact channels and all media.<\/p>\n<p>Successful candidates will qualify with a National Certificate in Contact Centre Support and gain practical experience in the Contact Centre environment.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Answering inbound calls as well as assist customers who have specific enquiries.<\/li>\n<li>Dealing with incoming calls on a skills based routing basis.<\/li>\n<li>Transferring calls to other departments.<\/li>\n<li>Handling and resolving customer complaints or escalating<\/li>\n<li>Receiving and actioning emergency calls (if trained).<\/li>\n<li>Booking Technical service calls.<\/li>\n<li>Qualifying Sales leads and booking of appointments.<\/li>\n<li>Providing basic Technical assistance to clients (troubleshooting).<\/li>\n<li>Providing customers with feedback to resolve queries.<\/li>\n<li>Loading of temporary \/ holiday instructions (if appropriate to skills base).<\/li>\n<li>Handling Accounts, Sales, Technical, Ops and other queries.<\/li>\n<li>Verifying Listener information.<\/li>\n<li>Delegating queries \/ complaints to relevant departments.<\/li>\n<li>Working as a team and assisting colleagues with daily Contact Centre operational issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong><span lang=\"EN-US\">Requirements<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">South African citizen.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Hold a valid and recognised Matric Certificate with Maths or Maths literacy, English and a second language.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Not be engaged in post matric studies or formal employment.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Must not have completed any previous learnership.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Be between the ages of 18 and 30 years.
