REQUIREMENTS : A degree \/ diploma in Information Technology or equivalent qualification with a
\nminimum of three (3) year\u2019s experience in an information technology environment.
\nKnowledge of ISO\/IEC 27002, ITIL, Treasury Regulations, Delegations, IT
\npolicies, LMS (LAN Management System),Microsoft exchange, Active Directory,\u00a0Firewall, Cisco systems, Linux, Microsoft platform. Visio. A+, N+ or CCNA
\ncertification will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Improve ICT services and resources in the Department. Administer the IT
\nsystems in order to improve efficiency in the Department. Monitor the service
\ndesk to ensure the smooth running of the Department. Monitor the desktop
\nenvironment to ensure interconnection of the Department\u2019s desktop resources.
