REQUIREMENTS : Diploma\/Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
\nqualification with 3-5 years relevant public service experience or Grade 12 with 5-
\n10 years\u2019 experience in Human resource prescripts and public service
\nregulations. Sound communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
\nComputer literacy (Micro soft Office: Excel, word, Power point and Outlook)
\nSound knowledge of the Persal system (Intro to Persal certificate attached) A
\nvalid code 8 manual drivers license.<\/p>\n
Monitor and implement conditions of service including terminations pensions,
\nleave and payment of gratuity, salaries and allowances, transfers, service,
\nRecruitment and selection, terminations, leave, staff establishment and supply
\nHuman resource statistics and reports to management. Monitoring of mandates to
\nand from the GDF. Ensure effective interpretation and implementation of policies
\nand other HR prescripts. Responsible for financial disclosures .Development of
\nthe staff in the unit. Responsible for financial disclosures .Development of the
\nstaff in the unit. Manage Performance Management of subordinates. Allocate and
\ncontrol delegated work, provide monthly statistics and reports. Control and
\nprovide administrative service and ensure compliance with applicable legislation.
\nAttend to HR related enquiries. Approve and Authorise transactions on Persal.<\/p>\n
