Ensure agreed KPA\u2019s and sales targets are achieved in line with business requirements<\/li>\n
Assist in increasing sales revenue within the Telemarketing department<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Efficiency and productivity<\/b><\/p>\n

Reach performance targets relating to productivity, adherence, turnaround, time keeping and quality<\/li>\n
Be available to make calls by avoiding unnecessary time spent in after call activities or breaks in order to provide agreed service levels<\/li>\n
Administer policies in an organised and efficient manner ensuring that outstanding tasks are up to date and departmental service standards are adhered to at all times<\/li>\n
Constantly and proactively look for ways to improve efficiencies through performance, communications, procedures and systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Customer service<\/b><\/p>\n

Ensure a polite, friendly, efficient and professional service is offered by acting as an ambassador for FoneChoice<\/li>\n
Taking responsibility for each individual call by ensuring that advise is always given in the customer\u2019s best interest<\/li>\n
Handle objections appropriately to ensure that positive results are achieved and enhance customer delight<\/li>\n
Work towards continuously improving the customer experience and service delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Focus on \u201cgetting it right first time\u201d in order to ensure that correct and precise information is relayed to customers<\/li>\n
Enter all details of sales transactions accurately onto the system, capturing of data relating to clients and call logging<\/li>\n
Adhere to internal systems, policies, procedures and requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Qualifications & Accreditations<\/b><\/p>\n

Grade 12 \/ Matric or NQF level 4<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Experience & Skills<\/b><\/p>\n

1 Year sales experience in a target driven environment<\/li>\n
Computer literate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
