\nSALARY : R337 998 \u2013 R398 139 per annum. The successful candidate will be required to sign a

REQUIREMENTS : A 3 year bachelor degree in Administration \/ National Diploma Service Management
\n(NQF LEVEL 5) plus the module on Case Flow Management or relevant and equivalent
\ntertiary qualification; At least three years\u2019 managerial or supervisory experience; A valid
\ndrivers\u2019 licence. The following will serve as a strong recommendation: Knowledge and
\nexperience in office and district administration; Knowledge of the financial management
\nand PFMA; Experience in managing Trust (Third Party Funds) and Vote Account;
\nExperience in the Court environment will be an added advantage. Skills and
\nCompetencies: Strong leadership and management capabilities; Strategic capabilities;
\nGood communication skills (verbal and written); Ability to supervise staff; Computer
\nliteracy.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Key Performance Areas: Co-ordinate and manage the financial (Vote and Trust Account)
\nresources of the office; Coordinate and manage the human resources of the office;
\nManage the strategic and business planning processes; Manage the facility, physical
\nresources, information and communication related to courts; Management of Security;
\nImplement the departmental policies at the courts; Compile and analyze court statistics to
\nshow performance and trends; Provide case tracking services to the judiciary and
\nprosecuting authority; Compile annual performance and statutory reports to the relevant
\nusers; Develop and implement customer service improvements strategies.<\/p>\n
