REQUIREMENTS : An appropriate Bachelor\u2019s Degree\/Diploma (or equivalent qualification) plus 1-2 years\u2019
\nexperience in project or office administration. A Certificate in Project Administration or
\nManagement will be an added advantage. Knowledge of project administration, financial,
\nprovisioning and procurement prescripts and procedures, document management,
\ntracking and retrieving of information, PFMA and Public Service Regulations.

DUTIES : Key Responsibilities: Provide financial assistance services including budget planning,
\nexpenditure monitoring, recording and facilitate the processing of transfer payments to
\nImplementing Agents. Establish and maintain project documentation repository and
\ndatabase. Provide stakeholder coordination support services and facilitate flow of
\ncommunication between project teams, responsible managers and project sponsors.

\nworkshops.
