REQUIREMENTS : A Trade Test Certificate (Diploma) in Carpentry, Electrical and Welding and a valid
\ndrivers\u2019 license. Knowledge: Computer aided applications, knowledge of legal
\ncompliances, Technical report writing, production processes knowledge and skills, Team
\nwork, analytical skills, Creativity and self-management , Customer focus and responsive,
\ncommunication skills, Planning and organizing, conflict management .<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Effective and efficiency of his trade, monitoring of the artisan assistant\u2019s performance,
\nAdherence to the OHS Act, responsible for the safety in his work area, himself and
\nartisan assistants, Elations at work site and enforce safety regulations, Perform all
\nadministrative duties and related functions, Liaise with outside bodies, where necessary
\nto co-ordinate security function, Prepare periodic and daily reports to the superiors
\nregarding activities, Assist in identifying high risk areas and initiate to reduce risk
\nexposure.<\/p>\n
