The programme offers internships to individuals who possess a minimum of a 3 year diploma or degree.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Minimum Requirements<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>You must be an unemployed South African citizen<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Be in possession of a 3 year diploma or degree to apply for the Internship programme<\/li>\n<li>Applicants should understand, and aspire to work in the insurance industry, and<\/li>\n<li>Be computer literate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The programme is designed for unemployed graduates whose studies are firmly in line with the insurance sector and are deemed to possess the required competencies to thrive in the workplace without exposure to additional insurance industry related qualification(s). The programme extends over a period of 1 year. Interns will only receive in-house unaccredited training and mentoring to help socialise them into their roles and the workings of a corporate environment.
