REQUIREMENTS : An appropriate Bachelor\u2019s Degree of Architecture or Equivalent as recognized by the
\nSouth African Council for the Architectural Profession; Registration with the South African
\nCouncil for Architectural Profession; Valid driver\u2019s license; Computer literacy; minimum of
\ntwo(2) years post registration experience; Experience in Architectural design process
\nfrom Project inception to close out will serve as a strong recommendation; knowledge of
\nPFMA, Treasury Regulations, Occupational Health and Safety Act & Regulations,
\nArchitectural Profession Act, Constitution Industry Development Board Act &
\nRegulations, Government Immovable Asset Management Act; Ability to understand how
\nto prepare reports, submissions and presentations; Ability to undertake risk analysis and
\nrisk mitigation strategy.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Development, interpretation and customization of functional and technical norms and
\nstandard; Monitor that all infrastructure projects implemented by implementing Agent(s)
\ncomply with approved functional and technical norms and standards; Make inputs to the
\ndevelopment of policies, procedures and criteria for infrastructure projects; Prepare
\ncommissioning plans including plans for associated equipment required for full
\nfunctioning of the facilities; Prepare Master plans, Project Briefs, Project Execution Plan
\nVersion 1 as part of the Infrastructure Programme Management Plan, Operational
\nNarratives, Accommodation Schedules, Business Cases for projects; Provide inputs for
\nthe singing of on Projects Execution Plans as prepared by implementing Agents; Provide
\ninputs to the design of Technical Condition Assessment and interpretation of Technical
\nCondition Assessment findings<\/p>\n
