REQUIREMENTS : University Degree in Quantity surveying. Registration with SACQSP. Valid Driver\u2019s
\nlicence. Computer literate. At least two years\u2019 experience post registration as a
\nprofessional Quantity Surveyor.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Customise Functional and Technical Norms and Standards, Maintain cost norms and
\nstandard library, Prepare Cash Flow projections, Develop Infrastructure policies,
\nstrategies, plans and procedures. Prioritisation models and business cases, Prepare
\nUser Asset Management Plan, Prepare operational Naratives and Accommodation
\nSchedules.<\/p>\n
