REQUIREMENTS : A Secretarial Diploma or equivalent qualification with three to five years relevant
\nexperience in rendering a support service to the management; Language skills and ability
\nto communicate well with people at different levels and from different background.
\nKnowledge, Skills, Training and competencies: Professional office etiquette, excellent
\nadministrative practices, organizational and planning skills; Knowledge of office
\nadministration; Ability to track documents, storage and retrieval; Ability to take initiative
\nand work within minimum supervision; Good communication (verbal and written) and
\ninterpersonal skills<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Provide a secretarial\/ receptionist support service to the manager; Render administrative
\nsupport services; Provides support to manager regarding meetings, Supports the
\nmanager with the administration of the manager\u2019s budget, Studies the relevant Public
\nService and departmental prescripts\/policies and other documents and ensure that the
\napplication thereof is understood properly.<\/p>\n
