REQUIREMENTS : An appropriate recognized National Diploma in Building qualification; relevant
\nexperience; Valid Drivers license; Knowledge of National Building Standards Act,
\nGovernment Immovable Asset Management Act, Occupational Health and Safety Act,
\nSouth African Schools Act, National Environmental Management Act and other relevant
\nprescripts and legislations; Computer literacy.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Manage the implementation of planned and unplanned maintenance projects in a District.
\nManage the implementation of NEIMS assessments in a District .Assist to develop
\nSchool Maintenance Plans and Disaster Management Plans in a District. Monitor
\nimplementation of school maintenance and report on spending.<\/p>\n
