Minimum Requirements:<\/strong> ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS: EXPERIENCE: <\/p>\n Duties & Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Creates and implements monitoring processes and procedures around site administration <\/p>\n Knowledge Skills & Abilities <\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Previous experience in a site administration role <\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Relevant Diploma in Accounting\/ Administration or equivalent qualification<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 5 years related work experience
\n\u2022 Computer literate (MS Office) specifically Excel and MS Word<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Site financial, Stores, Procurement, time and attendance management
\n\u2022 Maintain a record of plant and material on site
\n\u2022 To produce timely and reliable management information reports on a monthly basis
\n\u2022 To ensure all costs are accounted for the various sites and if not, provide support to ensure the necessary accruals have been made
\n\u2022 Offers professional judgment on site administration matters and advice on ways of improving business performance
\n\u2022 Implements and ensures adherence to corporate governance procedures, risk management and internal controls
\n\u2022 Supporting the relevant sites and ensuring a streamlined process for the resolution of queries
\n\u2022 Provide training to all administration staff to ensure up skilling takes place
\n\u2022 Responsible for costing, petty cash and invoice preparation and processing
\n\u2022 Responsible for calculating and updating costing\/pricing
\n\u2022 Oversee site procurement functions on site
\n\u2022 Oversee QS measurements and bidding functions<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Strong technical financial, mathematical and accounting skills
\n\u2022 Has previous exposure to tools and techniques for site administration and reporting
\n\u2022 Has the ability to work to deadlines, and adapt a flexible approach to meet the needs of the business
\n\u2022 Ability to communicate and build relationships with people at different levels
\n\u2022 Good understanding of utilisation of financial, marketplace, consumer and economic information
\n\u2022 Skilled in managing the flow of transactions in an integrated accounting function
\n\u2022 Strong organisational skills, and the ability to work under pressure
\n\u2022 Advanced computer skills using MS Office (Word, Excel), Access, and other financial\/accounting software as required for the position
