REQUIREMENTS : Three year relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent. (Relevant would be a
\nqualification with majors in Public Management \/ Public Administration \/
\nManagement \/ HRM and Labour Law. Three years management and\/or
\nsupervisory experience. Drivers Licence. Knowledge: Public Management
\nAct, Treasury regulations, Supply Chain Management processes, Asset
\nManagement ,All Labour Legislations, Departmental Policies and procedures,
\nPublic Service Regulations, Batho Pele principles. Skills: Management,
\nCommunication (both verbal and written), Computer, Analytical, Presentation,
\nInterpersonal, Report writing, Leadership, Project management.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Manage the service delivery objectives as per the mandate of DOL. Manage
\nthe budget of the Labour Centre .Represent the Department in key
\nstakeholder forums including interdepartmental structures of government and
\nmunicipalities. Manage all the resources of the Labour Centre. Manage and
\nensure compliance with ALL HRM policies directives and legislation including
\nthe Public Service Act and regulations.<\/p>\n
