REQUIREMENTS : Matric plus a recognised Bachelor\u2019s degree in preferably Management
\nSciences. At least 3 years\u2019 experience in business analysis. At least 3 years\u2019
\nexperience in process mapping and design of improvement initiatives.
\nRelevant experience in continuous business improvement environment.
\nRelevant experience in strategy development.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
DUTIES : Perform strategic business analysis for the various business units. Support
\nbusiness units in the application of business process improvement
\nmethodology in order to map existing processes and identify improvement
\ninitiatives. Where appropriate, manage process improvement projects for
\nbusiness units. Manage organisation level process improvement initiatives.
\nAnalyse customer requirements and advise on required process
\nimprovements. Monitor and report on overall process improvement,
\nintegration and streamlining across the GDF. Support the development of
\nappropriate performance metrics linked to core processes. Undertakes
\nresearch related to specific process improvement initiatives within the GDF
\nenvironment. Manage, coordinate and evaluate the efforts of external
\norganisations and consultants engaged in specifically commissioned process
\nimprovement initiatives. Monitor, evaluate and report on overall process
\nimprovements across the GDF. Provide consultative and technical support to
\nstanding strategic decision-making structures.<\/p>\n
