Ability to communicate with<br \/>\npeople. Documents management skills. Prepare to work shifts and weekends<br \/>\nand public holidays. Computer literacy is essential<\/p>\n<p>DUTIES : Opening of files for first visits using PAAB system or manual. Opening<br \/>\naccounts when necessary. Collecting of revenue for the hospital. Perform sub<br \/>\ncashier duties. Communicate well with patients private and Hospital. Attend<br \/>\nto admissions, transfers and discharge of patients. Prepare all required<br \/>\npapers in wards, clinics and perform receptionist duties in the wards. Assist<br \/>\nwith the preparation of bookings and drawings of files for patients. Assist with<br \/>\nthe management and reduction of patient waiting times as per Quality<br \/>\nAssurance. Provide effective and efficient service to patients. Communicate<br \/>\nwell with patients and other stakeholders. Perform any other duties that the<br \/>\nsupervisor may from time to time assign to carry out.
