REQUIREMENTS : Appropriate recognized National Diploma in Public Management and
\nAdministration or equivalent. A valid driver\u2019s license. Minimum 3 years
\nrelevant experience. Key Competencies: Sound and in depth knowledge of
\nrelevant prescripts, application of the legislative framework governing the
\nPublic Service e.g., Public Service Act, Labour Relation Act, PFMA, etc Skills
\nNegotiation skills. Presentation skills. People Management skills.*Time
\nmanagement. Communication, both formal, and informal.<\/p>\n
DUTIES : Management of finances of traditional council; Providing administrative
\nservices to the traditional Council: Management of events of traditional
\ncouncil; Monitoring implementation of initiation school Act; Administration of
\ntribal court proceedings.<\/p>\n
