MAINTENANCE OFFICERS 2 X POSTS

\nSALARY : R169 521, 06 per annum (including 37% in lieu of service benefits)
\nCENTRE : Pretoria<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS : NQF Level 4\/National Senior Certificate plus N3 with trade test in electrical
\nengineering. One year’s experience in repairing electrical faults. Knowledge of
\nplumbing, carpentry and electric appliances. Problem solving, interpersonal,
\ncommunication, planning and organising skills.<\/p>\n
DUTIES : Attend to emergency electricity, plumbing and carpentry calls. Repair and replace door
\nhandles and cabinet locks. Remove, clean and replace filters and light fittings.
\nArrange workstations for employees and repair broken chairs. Verify and follow-up on
\nservices for lifts, building management services, and air-conditioning system. Carry
\nout routine maintenance and building inspection.<\/p>\n
