REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 or equivalent with 1 or more year\u2019s relevant experience. Excellent
\ncommunication, good interpersonal relations and organizational skills. Must be
\ncomputer literate. Ability to interpret HR policies and prescripts. Introduction to
\nPERSAL Certificate a must. Ability to work with confidential information. Knowledge of
\nLabour Relations and a driver\u2019s license will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Handling of all personnel and salary administration. Coordinate service benefits, filling,
\nPMDS, Training and Development, Recruitment and Selection. Administration of
\nattendance registers. Prepare documents to be sent to GDF. Carry out lawful duties
\nallocated by the supervisor. Attend to HR related enquiries.<\/p>\n
