PROVISIONING ADMINISTRATION OFFICER: SUPPLIER PERFORMANCE
\nMANAGEMENT REF NO: 15\/183\/CFO 02 POSTS
\nSALARY : R183 438 \u2013 R216 084 per annum. The successful candidate will be required to sign a
\nperformance agreement.<\/p>\n
CENTRE : National Office: Pretoria<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS : Appropriate Bachelor\u2019s Degree\/ National Diploma in purchasing Management\/
\nLogistics or equivalent qualifications; At least 1 year experience in Contract
\nManagement or Supplier Performance Management as well as the drafting of
\ncontracts or services level agreements; Knowledge of Public Finance Management
\nAct (PFMA), Treasury Regulations and other relevant prescripts; Appropriate
\npractical experience in legal administration; A valid driver\u2019s license. Skills and
\nCompetencies: Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email and internet);
\nCommunication skills (written and verbal); Organizational skills; Planning and
\ndecision making skills; Conflict resolutions; Time management; Interpersonal
\nrelations; Ability to work under pressure and be self-motivated.<\/p>\n
DUTIES : key performance areas: Assess and evaluate the actual performance of contracted
\nsuppliers in conjunction with Project Managers; Assist with the drafting of contracts
\nand service level agreements; Provide assistance and support to Branches\/ Project
\nManagers on contract and supplier performance related activities; Report contract
\nextension deviations to the National Treasury and the Auditor-General timeously;
\nPerform general administrative duties.<\/p>\n
