REQUIREMENTS : A Grade 10 Certificate Plus extensive working experience in data capturing or a
\nGrade 12 Certificate Plus sufficient experience in data capturing. Knowledge of
\nCustomer care and services. Computer literacy especially MS Office Suite.
\nKnowledge of Children\u2019s Act will be an added advantage. File and retrieval of
\ndocuments. Competencies needed: Sound written and verbal communication skills.
\nTyping skills. Planning and organising skills. Problem-solving skills. Customer care
\nand client orientation skills. Interpersonal skills. Telephone etiquette skills. Personal
\nattributes: Drive and energy. Ability to work under pressure. Ability to work in a team

\nimplementation of competency based assessments). The competency assessment
\nwill be testing generic managerial competencies using the mandated DPSA SMS
\ncompetency assessment tools\u201d. The successful candidate will sign an annual
\nperformance agreement, complete a financial discloser form and will also be required
\nto undergo a security clearance. If the candidate is applying for an OSD post,
\ncertificates of service must be attached to the CV. It is the applicant\u2019s responsibility to
\nhave foreign qualifications evaluated by the South African Qualification Authority
