REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 or equivalent RVQ 13 qualifications with 4 to 5 years experience in Human
\nResource Environment within the public sector. Above average computer skills,
\nknowledge of HR prescripts and legislation related to the position\u2019s functional areas,
\nproven (hands on) experience and knowledge of PERSAL administration and
\nfunctions, Good communication skills, Ability to work under pressure. Good
\ninterpersonal relations. Driver\u2019s license.<\/p>\n
DUTIES : The incumbent of the post will be responsible for the supervision of HR activities such
\nas appointments, retentions, absorptions, probationary matters, terminations
\nallowances, leave, MMS, SMS, OSD and other administrative related matters.
\nProvide inputs for the improvement of HR administration procedures, guidelines and
\npolicies. Supervise evaluate and develop staff reporting to this position. Ensure that
\nproper control measures are put in place to administer and monitor the activities and
\nresources reported to this position effectively. Render Professional Human Resource
\nadministrative advice and liaise with clients in the Department Promote Human
\nResource care and improve service delivery. Provide Human Resources
\nmanagement information support (e.g PERSAL reports and statistics).Attend to AG
\nrequest and queries. Implement grade and pay progression, monitor and capturing of
\nPMDS. Monitor staff establishment and payroll administration and pay slips. The
\nincumbent may travel from time to time to do facility visits.<\/p>\n
