\nSALARY : R819 126 \u2013 R964 902 per annum (All inclusive). The successful candidate will be

REQUIREMENTS : An undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 7) as recognised by SAQA; A
\nminimum of Six (6) years\u2019 experience and Six (6) years\u2019 at managerial level;
\nExperience in Court management will be an added advantage; Knowledge of
\nlegislation prescripts and Frameworks of the Department; A valid driver\u2019s
\nlicence.Skills and Competencies: Strategic leadership capability; Performance
\nManagement; Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel and MS PowerPoint, MS
\nProject); Analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making; Project
\nmanagement, Research and Development; Knowledge Management; Change
\nmanagement; Financial management.<\/p>\n
DUTIES : Key Performance Areas: Manage court operations, case flow and administrative
\nsupport; Manage efficient language and interpreting services for all courts in the
\nRegion; Manage court facilities in the Region; Manage security service and
\nmonitor risk areas at courts environment; Manage quality assurance and auxiliary
\nservices in the Region; Manage court stakeholders and customer relations;
\nManage effective utilisation of resources in the Directorate.<\/p>\n
