Native<\/strong> is seeking the expertise of an experienced and highly-skilled Interactive Developer with a focus on Flash, Flex and ActionScript 3.<\/p>\n The candidate\u00a0will be working in a dynamic studio environment, with a team of creative designers and skilled programmers.<\/p>\n Job Requirements<\/strong>
\n– You have to be an Interactive Guru, with a minimum of three to four years working experience.
\n– an advanced understanding of AS 3.0 and\/or Flex
\n– have strong skills in OOP principles and site architecture
\n– ability to produce clean, lightweight and readable code.
\n– understanding of XML driven content and structure, as well as other APIintegration\u00a0techniques like AMFPHP\/JSON and web services.
\n– familiarity with Photoshop and\/or related design tools
\n– experience in ancillary Flash and Interactive technologies (Papervision, Away3D, AIR, OpenFrameworks, Processing, OpenGL, Canvas) a boon.
\n– fluency with Mathematics and\u00a0Physics\u00a0is very advantageous.
\n– interest and ability to code in HTML\/Advanced JavaScript\/CSS\/Python and other languages.
\n– advocate of best web practices, design patterns and the MVC programming paradigm.
\n– knowledge of coding frameworks like PureMVC\/RobotLegs\/Mate preferable
\n– the ability to work well under pressure and to deliver on multiple projects.
\n– good problem-solving skills and the capacity for lateral thinking.
\n– strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to function as part of a team structure.
\n– an avid interest in current web-trends and developments in the development community.<\/p>\n
