REQUIREMENTS : A Bachelor\u2019s degree\/National diploma\/equivalent NQF 6 in Public Administration
\nor any relevant Administration qualification .At least three (3) years experience
\nand knowledge in administration environment .Knowledge of modern principles,
\nmethods and practices relating to public administration; governmental budgeting
\nand financial principles and practices; application of the Public Finance
\nManagement Act (PFMA) and treasury regulations Knowledge of the
\ndepartmental policies and regulations will be an added advantage .Good
\ncommunication (written and verbal), interpersonal and computer (MS Word, MS
\nExcel and PowerPoint) skills .A valid driver\u2019s license.
\nDUTIES : Control of documentations within the unit .Ensures effective and efficient financial
\nand human resource management .Arrange meetings, workshops, functions,
\naccommodation and travel for officials .Maintain a filing system to the unit
\n.Manage risk, audit queries within the area of work
