REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12, secretarial diploma or equivalent qualification. Computer literacy and
\nknowledge\/ experience on Ms Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and typing skills and
\ntelephone etiquette. Be able to work independently and as part of a team. Ability
\nto function under pressure. Be assertive and presentable. Two years secretarial
\nexperience is essential.<\/p>\n
DUTIES : Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Clinical Executives.
\nEstablish and maintain efficient administrative system for coordinating work.
\nOffice management and diary management. Organise and plan meetings, take
\nminutes, record and ensure strategic tasks auctioned. Arrange refreshments and
\nother logistics for meetings. Draft and coordinate responses to some of the
\ncorrespondence addressed to the director and senior managers. Handle
\ntelephone calls and enquiries (screening calls, taking and transmitting
\nmessages). Capture and follow up correspondence. Receive and direct mail to
\nrelevant managers and departments. Create and maintain an appropriate record
\nand filling system. Dealing with complaints and general office duties. Type, fax
\nand email correspondence, oracle. Data Capture for Department reports or
\nstatistics.
