{"id":23569,"date":"2015-07-10T12:40:30","date_gmt":"2015-07-10T10:40:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=23569"},"modified":"2016-11-18T14:08:53","modified_gmt":"2016-11-18T12:08:53","slug":"mossel-bay-municipality-graduate-internship-programme-2015-2016","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/mossel-bay-municipality-graduate-internship-programme-2015-2016.html","title":{"rendered":"Mossel Bay Municipality: Graduate \/ Internship Programme 2015 \/ 2016"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Duration:\u00a0 Contractual appointment: 12 months with an option to extend the period for a further 12 months<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Stipend:\u00a0 R5300.00 pm<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mossel Bay Municipality is offering opportunities to three (3) unemployed South African graduates from higher education institutions that have completed their (3)<strong>three year degrees or diplomas<\/strong> that are seeking work experience related to the field of study that they completed.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Applicants must have met the academic requirements for the advertised field of study\/discipline and should not previously been employed as an intern in the Public Service.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Applications are invited from candidates in the following fields of study<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Civil Engineering<\/li>\n<li>Building and Construction<\/li>\n<li>Human Settlements (Housing)<\/li>\n<li>Community Liason<\/li>\n<li>Town and Regional Planning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>GENERAL<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Short listed and invited candidates may be subjected and required to undergo a theoretical and practical test.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Notwithstanding any representations to the contrary, no employment contract will come into effect until a written offer has been made by the municipality to, and accepted by, the applicant<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>How To Apply<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Applications in writing on the official application form and accompanied by a comprehensive CV, which will be regarded as confidential, must be directed to: The Senior Manager (Human Resources), P O Box 25, Mossel Bay, 6500.<\/li>\n<li>These conditions are compulsory and failing to comply will automatically lead to disqualification of the applicant. <a class=\"apply\" href=\"http:\/\/www.mosselbay.gov.za\/files\/vacancies\/application.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Application forms are available on the Municipal web-site (PDF)<\/a> or <a class=\"apply\" href=\"http:\/\/www.mosselbay.gov.za\/files\/vacancies\/application.doc\" target=\"_blank\">MS Word Format (doc)<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Original Certified copies of proof of qualifications should accompany the CV.
