Operational: \n\u2022\tEnsure excellence in repair service and minimum bounce rate \n\u2022\tAccountable for not more than 1,5% obsolescence for technical spares \n\u2022\tAt least 90% of all repairs to be completed with in 48 hours. \n\u2022\tResponsible for Manufacture accreditation for level 3 warranty repairs locally. \n\u2022\tAccurate spares Forecasting \n\u2022\tAll repairs to be performed from Level 1-3 \n\u2022\tMinimize second returns and ensure daily production targets are reached set by Management \n\u2022\tResolve operational issues and escalate to Management daily \n\u2022\tSupervise repair Qs and Prioritize daily production \n\u2022\tManaging of Outsource partner attendance and productivity \n\u2022\tEnsure all vacancy\u2019s for Outsource model are filled in line with HR PPP \n\u2022\tManaging of Security company attendance and productivity \n\u2022\tEnsure building maintenance is escalated and communicated to Facility Manager. \n\u2022\tEnsure Generator maintenance and repairs are reported as per schedule.<\/p>\n
