\nThe Nestl\u00e9 Graduate Development Programme (GDP) is a highly sought after programme that sees in excess of 6000 applications per year. Graduates are taken through a 24-month rotational development programme that provides an introduction to the working world of Nestl\u00e9, as well as a strong foundation for further development.
\nFinance and Control forms an integral part of any company. At Nestl\u00e9, we are continuously searching for the best Finance graduates to join our team and help us in achieving and maintaining our vision of being the “World’s leading Nutrition, Health and Wellness company”. Graduates are invited to submit applications for the Graduate Program, and upon successful completion of the program, will be placed in full-time employment in one of the many exciting Finance & Control Divisions, such as Corporate Controlling, Business Unit Controlling, Factory Controlling, Distribution Centre Controlling, Financial Accounting, Auditing and Tax. The specific roles are not predetermined but would depend on individual aptitude and business needs.<\/p>\n
Key Requirements:
\n\u00b7 An accredited B Comm Accounting \/Financial Accounting\/Management Accounting, B Tech Cost & Management Accounting
\n\u00b7 Must be Computer Literate (MS Office)
\n\u00b7 Over 70% academic average
\n\u00b7 Shows a drive to achieve ambitious performance objectives and quality standards
\n\u00b7 Willing to take every opportunity to learn and grow
\n\u00b7 South African Citizen or Permanent Residency in RSA<\/p>\n
