Additional requirements:<\/strong> *Be in possession of Senior Certificate (Grade 12);*Have a certificate in Office Administration\/Management\/Secretarial or related fields; *Applicants in possession of a higher qualification in the specific field or who have completed an internship\/currently undergoing an internship in the Public Service may receive preference;*Appropriate\/relevant experience in the field of the post as well competency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required*Willing to work extended hours when necessary.<\/p>\n Core Functions:<\/strong><\/p>\n \uf0b7 Render secretarial and administrative support function.<\/p>\n \uf0b7 Coordinate and maintain the smooth running of activities of the Manager.<\/p>\n \uf0b7 Manage the diary of the Manager.<\/p>\n \uf0b7 Handle general administration duties and record keeping.<\/p>\n \uf0b7 Receive visitors to the office of the Manager.<\/p>\n \uf0b7 Arrange travelling and subsistence allowances for the Manager.<\/p>\n \uf0b7 Arrange accommodation and refreshments for meetings and minutes.<\/p>\n \uf0b7 Manage the brought forward system.<\/p>\n GENERAL <\/strong><\/p>\n \uf0b7 Only the official application form (available on the SAPS website and at SAPS recruitment offices) will be accepted.
