\nSALARY : R123 738 per annum, Level 5<\/p>\n
CENTRE : Finance Management Division, Chief Directorate Financial Services, Budget
\nManagement SANDF and Fin Gov & Supply, Pretoria<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 certificate with computer certificate and exposure to general secretarial
\nduties. Grade 12 with Commercial subjects will be an added advantage. Special
\nskills requirements: Computer literate (Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word). Good
\ntelephone etiquette, Ability to handle variety of tasks and able to work under
\npressure. Good inter-personal skills, adaptability and resourcefulness. Applicant
\nmust have good communication skills and time management. Be presentable,
\nreliable and punctual.<\/p>\n
DUTIES : Render effective and efficient secretarial services to the Director. Take minutes
\nin Director\u2019s meetings. Typing of variety of documents, including agendas,
\nmemos, letters, and reports. Handle and maintain the Director\u2019s diaries,
\ncorrespondence, controls files, process telephone calls and take messages.
\nArrange entry authorisations, receiving visitors and serving tea\/refreshments.
\nArrange meetings, appointments, flights, accommodation and transport. Act as
\nsecretary when required. Ensure the Director receives agendas and minutes
\ntimeously. Update and store the Directorate\u2019s personal information. Remind the
\nDirector of the scheduled meetings and appointments and submission of
\ndocuments. Ensure the office is tidy and inventory is maintained and updated.
\nEnsure faulty and malfunctioning equipment in the office are reported. Receive,
\nregister, route and file correspondence accordingly (i.e. agendas, minutes etc.).
\nApplicant will also be responsible for procurement of office requirements in the
\nDirector\u2019s office.<\/p>\n
