Remuneration:Twelve (12) months contract at R6150.00 per month<\/p>\n
Responsibilities\/Duties<\/u><\/p>\n
Assist each departmental staff member with his\/her duties whilst undertaking daily activities to learn about the basics of the departmental portfolio.<\/p>\n
This includes the following:<\/u><\/p>\n The candidate will assist with relevant duties and activities as indicated by the departmental staff in order to obtain exposure within corporate services.<\/p>\n He \/ she will assist with ad-hoc duties as and when requested to do so.<\/p>\n Requirements<\/u><\/p>\n The successful candidate for this position must have completed Matric\/ N3 and a Degree\/ Diploma in Administration from a recognized tertiary institution.<\/p>\n The candidate must possess good communication skills (verbal and written and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n The person must be computer literate with good working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.<\/p>\n A valid driver’s license is a recommendation.<\/p>\n Applicants should have the following attributes: ability to work under pressure; be prepared to work long hours; pro-active and decisive.<\/p>\n Closing date of the application: 24 July 2015<\/p>\n\n
